4. Three-section transmitting boards-automatic connection from left to right (The first section is waiting for mounting, the second section is responsible for mounting (When the PCB board finishes mounting and transmits to the third section, the first section also receives the demand to prepare a new boards simultaneously.), the third section transmits the board from p&p machine to reflow oven. Effectively save time of transmitting boards and improve efficiency.
5. The marble base increases the mechanical stability and placement accuracy, ensures that the mechanism will never deform, and improves the life of the ball screw and motor.
