PCX-Z806 is a high accuracy , multi-function , on line automatic pick and place machine ,the machine use six mounting heads ,equipped with high-precision components recognition system ,on line production , don't need manual load and unload PCB board .PCX independent research and development the machine operation system with Chinese and English both,simple and convenient use ,can be widely used in all kinds of LED lamp ,LED drivers ,small appliances ,circuit boards ,digital products ,all kinds of control panels , and so on.

1.All the material of X axis ,Y axis and material feed platform are made by overseas CNC brushed aluminum which has improved the running accuracy and feeding speed.
2.Two kinds of visual location system , one is Mark locating visual system in the upside another one is importing camera components location adjust recognition system in the downside ,which can insure the accuracy of SMT .
3.The Z axis was powered by 6 overseas servomotors and made by CNC brushed aluminum rod which insured the high-speed material feed.
4.Powerful function :with different material feeder ,it can finish different SMT for LED product.
5.Easy operation system:it is easy to maintain with its simple operation system .The maintenance cost is very low.
